Specialist, Monthly Giving

Core responsibilities:

• Grow acquisition and increase retention rates for monthly giving channels
• Manage data maintenance across monthly giving programs
• Develop and test methods for optimizing donation conversions
• Manage strategic relationships with vendors

This role supports Amnesty International's global human rights initiatives by ensuring long-term financial sustainability through recurring donations, which fund human rights advocacy and protection worldwide.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Experience in fundraising or donor development
• Skills in data management and analysis
• Ability to develop and test conversion optimization methods
• Vendor relationship management experience
