Specialist I, Quality Assurance

• Support the Quality Assurance department in developing and monitoring quality management systems, policies, and procedures to improve the efficacy and services delivery of the company, including international programs and affiliates
• Conduct internal audits and support external assessments for global programs, including coordination across multiple regions and time zones
• Support program personnel in developing functional program documentation that ensures Quality System compliance
• Support the developing of tools and systems for greater efficiency of QA processes across global operations

This role helps advance sustainable development goals by ensuring compliance with quality standards across global certification programs, enabling informed decision-making and driving continuous improvement in sustainability practices.

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent relevant professional experience
• 2+ years of professional experience in a relevant field
• Excellent organizational, writing, presentation, and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Strong understanding of third-party certification initiatives and excellent technical writing skills

This role is fully remote, allowing flexible work from home. Estimated annual salary range: $50,918.40 - $66,266.74 USD.
