Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Assist the Fellow in conducting primary and secondary research on climate change adaptation, resilience, urban resilience, nature-based solutions, adaptation finance, and international climate negotiations
- Support the Fellow in developing concept notes, research writing, programme planning, and Terms of References
- Assist in fundraising activities including mapping potential funders and their strategies
- Prepare memos and presentations for high-level government and industry stakeholders

Required qualifications and skills:
- Master's degree in public policy, climate change, business administration, or development sector with 2-4 years of relevant research/business analysis experience
- Strong analytical abilities and familiarity with primary and secondary research methods
- Knowledge of globally evolving space of climate adaptation and resilience
- Proficiency in word-processing, presentation, data analysis, and AI tools
- Experience engaging senior stakeholders in business or policy contexts
