Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Assist the Fellow in conducting primary and secondary research on climate change adaptation and resilience, urban resilience, nature-based solutions, adaptation finance, international climate negotiations, and macroeconomic impacts of climate change.
- Support the Fellow in developing concept notes, research writing, programme planning, developing Terms of References, and fundraising activities including mapping potential funders.
- Prepare memos and presentations for high-level government and industry stakeholders and collaborate with various programme and initiative teams.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices, while actively building networks with public, private, and civil society organizations.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required skills and qualifications:
- Strong academic credentials, preferably a Masterโs degree in public policy, climate change, business administration, or development sector, with knowledge in environment/sustainability being advantageous.
- 2-4 years of relevant research or business analysis experience, with exposure to the development sector and climate change adaptation being desirable.
- Strong analytical abilities, familiarity with primary and secondary research methods, and effective oral and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in word-processing, presentation, data analysis, and AI tools, with the ability to adapt and deliver under tight deadlines in a professional environment.
