Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Assist the Fellow in conducting primary and secondary research on climate change adaptation, resilience, urban resilience, nature-based solutions, adaptation finance, and international climate negotiations
  • Support the Fellow in developing concept notes, research writing, programme planning, and Terms of References
  • Assist in fundraising activities including mapping potential funders and their strategies
  • Prepare memos and presentations for high-level government and industry stakeholders

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications and skills:

  • Master's degree in public policy, climate change, business administration, or development sector with 2-4 years of relevant research/business analysis experience
  • Strong analytical abilities and familiarity with primary and secondary research methods
  • Knowledge of globally evolving space of climate adaptation and resilience
  • Proficiency in word-processing, presentation, data analysis, and AI tools
  • Experience engaging senior stakeholders in business or policy contexts
