Mission

What you will drive

  • Provide assistance to NACD's member conservation districts and board of directors to advance conservation education, partnerships, and membership services in the Southeast Region.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with conservation districts, state associations, and agencies; facilitate two-way information sharing and highlight district work through publications.
  • Support leadership development, governance, and regional meetings; assist with strategic planning and grant-related activities.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with conservation districts, state agencies, or federal agencies.
  • Strong knowledge of southeast region natural resource concerns and conservation districts.
  • Strong analytical and writing skills; ability to build relationships and prioritize member needs.
