What you will drive
- Build talent pipelines to bring AI expertise into government by identifying and supporting exceptional candidates.
- Build relationships with tech researchers, founders, and policy entrepreneurs to identify promising candidates.
- Design and run programs to grow the AI policy field, including dinner series, conferences, workshops, and fellowships.
- Help talent understand government opportunities and where their skills are most valuable.
