Solutions Engineer L2

Responsibilities

• Lead and support technical sales calls with scientists, R&D leaders, and business stakeholders, leveraging Chemistry, Engineering, and/or Materials background
• Develop and deliver tailored demonstrations that clearly communicate platform capabilities and relevance to customer use cases
• Execute materials informatics projects with customers by implementing Citrine's technology and troubleshooting technical hurdles
• Share structured customer feedback and recurring use cases to help inform product direction

This role helps customers accelerate the development of sustainable products that are critical to the future of both our planet and our industry by implementing AI/ML-driven workflows for materials informatics.

• MS or PhD in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science or Related Field
• 2-5 years of relevant industry experience and/or understanding of chemical processing of materials
• Proficiency in Python (preferred) and practical experience applying statistical or machine learning methods to technical problems
• Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to scientists, engineers, and cross-functional business stakeholders

Annual salary range: $70,000 - $95,000 USD with on-target commission.
