Solutions Director - West Coast

• Work with Sales to develop account-winning strategies and provide product sales support to successfully close business
• Research and understand customer needs to define overall technical and business solutions
• Function as technical advisor to both account managers and prospective clients
• Develop and deliver product demonstrations, respond to RFIs/RFPs, and create customer documentation

This role contributes to the transformation toward a smarter and more sustainable energy future by enabling utilities and consumers to optimize energy usage through advanced technologies that support decarbonization and grid modernization.

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) plus 3-5 years experience in technical sales
• Utility industry experience highly desirable; experience with utility operations or AMR operations is a plus
• Strong technical knowledge including OSI networking layers, Ethernet networks, TCP/IP, UDP, IP subnets, routing, firewalls, and network management
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, CRM)
