Solutions Developer/Designer (Job #348) ($92,102 - $101,637)

Core responsibilities:

• Collaborate with employees, IT, and stakeholders to identify user requirements, assess technologies, and recommend solution options
• Design, develop, test, debug, refine, and implement new business solutions using various development tools
• Configure systems to specifications, develop custom reports/interfaces/conversions, and administer various IT systems and platforms
• Provide IT orientation and ongoing training to end users, and assist with system upgrades and changes

This role supports rural communities by developing and maintaining technology solutions that enable RCAC to effectively deliver assistance programs and services to underserved areas.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems or related field
• Two years of experience in SharePoint development and programming
• Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office programs and knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and SQL
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform applications (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Virtual Agents) and SharePoint administration
