Solutions Developer SaaS

• Analyze customer systems and identify gaps for improvement.
• Craft proposals that translate technical concepts into business value.
• Conduct engaging product demos.
• Develop system integration strategies.
• Provide customer feedback to the Product team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and operations.

This role helps transform road freight through digital, electric, and autonomous technologies, enabling businesses worldwide to accelerate toward their sustainability goals by reducing emissions and improving efficiency in transportation.

• Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role such as solutions consulting, product management, or product operations, ideally in a B2B SaaS company or startup.
• Experience from a TMS provider, hands-on TMS utilization, or from a 3PL is highly preferred.
• Have a proven experience working with customers to design and implement software solutions tailored to their needs.
• Have a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a technical field such as Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or equivalent experience.
• Have a strong technical acumen and the ability to understand and communicate the complexities of SaaS products, APIs, integrations, and system architectures.
• Have a proven ability to approach client interactions with a sales-driven mindset, turning complex data and product features into clear, compelling narratives that drive adoption.
