How to Apply for Solutions Consultant (North America)
at Goodstack
๐ข About Goodstack
Goodstack is a fast-growing Series A social impact startup backed by General Catalyst, the same investors behind Stripe and Airbnb. Our mission is to revolutionize how the world does good by building a unified platform that enables global enterprises like Google, OpenAI, and TikTok to seamlessly integrate giving, volunteering, and funding into their operations. With $5 billion in donations facilitated in 2025 alone, we're at the forefront of tech-driven philanthropy.
About This Role
As a Solutions Consultant, you'll own the client solution across the full lifecycle, from pre-sales through implementation and ongoing success. You'll work with North American enterprise clients to align Goodstack's platform with their social impact goals, ensuring seamless integration and maximum value. This role is impactful because you'll directly enable global brands to scale their charitable giving and nonprofit partnerships.
๐ก A Day in the Life
Start your day by reviewing client tickets and Slack messages from the US team, then join a discovery call with a potential enterprise client to understand their giving program needs. After lunch, you might work with engineering to scope an API integration for a current client, followed by a presentation to a nonprofit partner on how Goodstack can streamline their funding. The day ends with updating solution documentation and preparing for tomorrow's demo.
