Solutions Architect

Core responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic delivery of contracted services to customers and partners
• Architect solution designs tailored to seamlessly integrate within the Workiva Platform
• Conduct comprehensive discovery sessions to understand business needs and requirements
• Lead & Develop partnership portfolios to grow the ecosystem of elite delivery partners in the region

This role transforms products into tailored solutions for customers, directly impacting product evolution and customer satisfaction while fostering innovation across teams.

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in service delivery, finance & accounting, consulting, or a related field
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field
• Experience with enterprise risk, financial planning or analytics, & reporting solutions and their related technology platforms
• Hands-on experience within the Workiva platform, other SaaS and cloud technologies, or data architectures
