Solution Engineer

To enable customer success and revenue growth by designing and delivering seamless integrations between the Choco platform and customers’ core business systems, leveraging low-code technologies, while partnering closely with Sales and Product to accelerate deals and continuously evolve the platform based on real-world customer insights.

• Design, build, and deliver integrations between Choco and customer systems using low-code tools (e.g. n8n).
• Own integration projects end-to-end from discovery to go-live and ongoing improvement.
• Partner with Account Executives to support pre-sales discussions with technical insight.
• Troubleshoot and maintain integrations to ensure reliability and performance.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Implementation, and Product teams.
• Share best practices and contribute to scaling integration delivery globally.

This role helps optimize the global food system to become sustainable by enabling waste-free and efficient operations through AI-focused software, directly contributing to reducing food waste and improving sustainability in food distribution.

• 2–5 years’ experience in solution engineering, IT/ERP consulting, or systems integration.
• Hands-on understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON/XML, and databases.
• Experience with low-code or automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, or similar.
• Basic programming knowledge (e.g. JavaScript or Python).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a collaborative, solution-focused mindset.
• Excellent communicator in ability to make complex ideas clear and simple.
