Solution Delivery Consultant

• Oversee day-to-day program participation activities including intake, application review, and incentive processing.
• Develop and maintain accurate internal and external reports, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, increase operational efficiency, and enhance customer experience.
• Support Program Managers in monitoring program performance and responding to ad hoc client needs.

This role supports clean energy programs that help utilities and customers reduce carbon emissions and improve energy efficiency, contributing to environmental sustainability.

• 2+ years of experience in program coordination, customer service, data analytics, or business operations.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts).
• Highly organized and self-motivated with ability to prioritize tasks.
• Process-oriented with experience drafting process flow diagrams.
