Solution Architect

Core Responsibilities

• Designing end-to-end solution architectures supporting aircraft design, flight test, certification, manufacturing readiness, and in-service operations
• Defining and enforcing architectural standards aligned with regulatory, security, and data governance requirements
• Partnering with Product Managers, engineering teams, and delivery partners to shape solution designs early
• Aligning solutions with enterprise architecture and Microsoft/Azure-centric data strategy

This role creates positive change by designing and governing the digital systems that power electric aviation, helping to pioneer zero-emissions aircraft that will set new safety standards for air travel and contribute to sustainable transportation solutions.

Required skills and experience:

• Strong experience as a Solution Architect in complex, engineering-led environments
• Proven experience integrating enterprise and operational systems
• Background in regulated or safety-critical industries (aerospace, automotive, defence, energy)
• Understanding of systems engineering principles, lifecycle management, and traceability
