Solution Architect

• Lead the design of Salesforce and MuleSoft solutions within client engagements, translating business requirements into fit-for-purpose technical solutions.
• Define integration patterns, data flows, and non-functional requirements; provide architectural guidance and review solution designs for quality and scalability.
• Support pre-sales activities including solution design, effort estimation, and proposal development; contribute to RFPs, SOWs, and change requests.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to consultants and developers, and promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

This role enables ERM to deliver scalable, high-quality Salesforce and MuleSoft solutions that help clients achieve their sustainability and environmental goals, driving positive change through technology.

• Demonstrated experience designing and delivering Salesforce solutions in enterprise or government environments.
• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing integrations using MuleSoft, including API-led and event-driven architectures.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, data modelling, security, and non-functional requirements.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into practical, scalable technical solutions; strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
