Mission
What you will drive
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through site visits and calls, manage accounts throughout the sales cycle, and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Follow up on leads, identify upsell opportunities, negotiate contracts, close sales, and support the Sales Manager in achieving targets
- Analyse survey data, design tailored solar PV systems, and clearly present solutions including ROI, energy savings, and carbon reduction
- Work closely with surveyors, designers, and project managers to ensure smooth project delivery

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- At least 2+ years of proven sales experience, preferably within solar or renewable energy industries
- Good understanding of solar PV systems (training provided if needed)
- Strong IT skills, including experience managing CRM systems and other business IT platforms
- Skilled in system design and interpreting survey data
