Mission

What you will drive

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through site visits and calls, manage accounts throughout the sales cycle, and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Follow up on leads, identify upsell opportunities, negotiate contracts, close sales, and support the Sales Manager in achieving targets
  • Analyse survey data, design tailored solar PV systems, and clearly present solutions including ROI, energy savings, and carbon reduction
  • Work closely with surveyors, designers, and project managers to ensure smooth project delivery

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • At least 2+ years of proven sales experience, preferably within solar or renewable energy industries
  • Good understanding of solar PV systems (training provided if needed)
  • Strong IT skills, including experience managing CRM systems and other business IT platforms
  • Skilled in system design and interpreting survey data
