Mission
What you will drive
- Lead project management activities for multiple development-stage solar and solar + storage energy projects in AZ and NV.
- Coordinate with internal Land, Permitting, Engineering, and Interconnection teams as well as outside consultants to ensure projects meet development milestones and maximize returns.
- Work closely with Origination and Commercial teams to prepare RFP responses and support off-taker outreach.
- Maintain internal development asset database and compile financial model data for RFP responses and pipeline management.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 4-8 yearsโ experience in the power industry (or related industries such as environmental, construction, and/or regulatory); 2-4 yearsโ experience with renewable development activities (interconnection, permitting, site selection).
- Fundamental understanding of financial models and ability to assess economic impact of project decisions.
- Strong organizational, technical, communication, management, decision-making, and analytical skills.
- BS/BA degree required in engineering, environmental, energy, planning, business, finance, or economics.
