Software Implementation Specialist

• Configure and implement enterprise SaaS solutions for utilities and energy sectors, focusing on Demand Side Management, Transportation Electrification, and clean energy technologies.
• Partner with clients and cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, support solution design, and deliver successful software implementations.
• Develop functional specifications, process flows, configuration documentation, and support system integrations, testing, and post-launch support.

This role enhances operational efficiency, scalability, and regulatory compliance for utilities, improving clean energy program delivery and driving cost savings and data-driven decision-making.

• 3–5 years of experience implementing, configuring, or supporting enterprise SaaS, low-code/no-code, CRM, ERP, or workflow automation platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with experience working directly with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with SQL, JavaScript, REST APIs, ETL/data mapping, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
