Software Engineering Team Lead (Rates & FX)

Core responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a cross-functional team of engineers working on innovative Front Office solutions for Rates & FX business lines
• Work closely with principal engineers, Solution Architects, and Enterprise Architecture to set standards and build solutions aligned with IT strategy
• Take ownership of delivery and quality of engineering solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and adhere to best practices
• Continuously improve through experimentation with technologies and methodologies to enhance delivery approaches

This role contributes to delivering business-critical software for internal broking divisions and external customers, supporting financial market operations through innovative engineering solutions.

Required skills and experience:

• Proven track record of building and managing high-performance, cross-functional engineering teams in Agile environments
• Expertise in .NET Framework/.NET Core (C#), API design (REST, GraphQL), relational databases (MSSQL, MySQL), and cloud deployment (AWS, Azure)
• Demonstrable experience designing, developing, and maintaining distributed, event-driven, cloud-native systems
• Excellent communication skills with ability to influence peers and manage multiple tasks with deadlines
