Software Engineering Manager (EU)

This role accelerates the renewable energy transition by enabling home energy technology to shift usage to times of cheap renewables and export power to the grid, reducing reliance on fossil fuels.

• At least two years of engineering management experience, OR four years at a tech/team lead level, with a strong interest in people.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills built on a foundation of empathy.
• Enough technical grounding to participate in problem solving and design discussions at all levels.

• Competitive salary between £115,000 and £140,000 base per annum.
