Software Engineering Manager - Client Engineering

Core responsibilities:

• Manage up to 2 teams of engineers (up to 10 direct reports) within the Client Engineering function, focusing on leveraging the Kaluza platform to meet client needs in new regions
• Contribute to both technical and product vision, ensuring products are successful and delivering real value to clients
• Nurture engineering talent through personal development, performance management, and alignment with product delivery objectives
• Drive technical roadmap and strategy while championing operational excellence and removing impediments for the team

Required qualifications:

• Experience in Engineering Management or related role working with high-performing cross-functional teams
• Passion for growing and mentoring engineers with excellent communication skills for working with senior leaders
• Fundamental understanding of Agile and lean development principles
• Excellent understanding of modern technologies, especially event-based systems like Kafka
