About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Own major systems end-to-end — from design to deployment to iteration
  • Build new features and tools that support field sampling, ops automation, and scale-up by leveraging AR/VR and LiDAR tooling
  • Improve reliability, testing, observability, and overall engineering quality of existing systems
  • Collaborate closely with scientists, ops, and product to ship practical, elegant solutions
  • Help define engineering processes, standards, and culture as we grow
