• 2+ years of professional software development experience with a track record of building impactful products or systems.
• Owner's mindset focused on outcomes and problem-solving.
• Data-driven approach: instrument work for decision making and reason through data.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage competing priorities.

Base salary range determined by location and experience; may include discretionary annual performance bonus and equity. Remote work within Canada.
