Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead and develop the controls engineering team, mentoring engineers and establishing development best practices
  • Own microgrid controls architecture and roadmap, defining technical approaches and scalable software architectures
  • Enable equipment integration and grid compliance by coordinating with suppliers and ensuring utility interconnection requirements
  • Validate, test, and improve system performance through planning and analysis of economic tradeoffs

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 8–12+ years of experience in real-time controls, power systems, or microgrid/DER controls
  • 3–5+ years of experience leading engineering teams or in technical management roles
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • Strong background in real-time control systems for power or industrial applications with microgrid experience
