Mission
What you will drive
- Lead and develop the controls engineering team, mentoring engineers and establishing development best practices
- Own microgrid controls architecture and roadmap, defining technical approaches and scalable software architectures
- Enable equipment integration and grid compliance by coordinating with suppliers and ensuring utility interconnection requirements
- Validate, test, and improve system performance through planning and analysis of economic tradeoffs

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 8–12+ years of experience in real-time controls, power systems, or microgrid/DER controls
- 3–5+ years of experience leading engineering teams or in technical management roles
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
- Strong background in real-time control systems for power or industrial applications with microgrid experience
