Software Engineer, Machine Learning Infrastructure

• Design, build, and maintain tools to track the entire model development lifecycle, including feature store, experiment tracking, and model registry
• Implement tools for efficient model deployment and evaluation processes
• Develop issue detection and alerting mechanisms for critical ML services to ensure high uptime
• Maintain observability dashboards to track model performance, data quality, and system metrics
• Champion best practices for robust, reproducible, and debuggable ML experimentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify infrastructure needs and integrate solutions across domains

This role contributes to making autonomy accessible to all by building scalable self-driving technology that empowers a safer, richer, and more connected future through commercial-scale autonomous vehicles.

• 2+ years of relevant work experience or equivalent experience in Masters/PhD with 2+ years of relevant experience
• Strong coding skills in Python or C++
• Exposure to the ML development life cycle and ML models
• Experience profiling and optimizing performance bottlenecks in distributed systems
• Eager to overcome obstacles and accelerate development to make systems work better for users

Base pay range between $160,360 and $240,540, annual performance bonus, equity, competitive benefits package, diverse and inclusive workplace with psychological safety for all employees.
