Software Engineer

• Implement customer feedback (changes/enhancements) by understanding expectations clearly, designing, and building solutions
• Conduct advanced troubleshooting and issue resolution for complex or escalated issues, analyzing logs and system performance
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and collaborate with development teams to implement permanent fixes
• Support application monitoring, performance tuning, deployment, release support, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

This role supports Eurofins BioPharma Product Testing's global laboratory services for pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, and medical device companies, contributing to the development and maintenance of critical Laboratory Information Management Systems that enable comprehensive product testing services worldwide.

• 1-4 years of experience developing end-to-end web applications using Microsoft stack technologies
• Proficiency in .NET Core (6/7/8), C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, WebAPI, Angular 7+, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
• Experience with Cosmos DB, Elastic Search, Redis, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Microservices, MSSQL, and performance testing using JMeter
• Knowledge of AGILE/SCRUM methodologies, object-oriented programming, authentication/authorization, and SOA projects
