Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Designing, building, testing and operating software solutions for building construction use cases including inbound logistics, issue tracking, quality assurance, and scheduling
  • Working alongside our R&D department on an autonomous construction initiative
  • Working in a cloud infrastructure environment, managing complex software deployments
  • Acting as a bridge between digital product delivery & physical construction site activities, ensuring both are aligned and integrated
  • Bringing a Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) mindset to monitor, maintain, and improve software uptime including reliable updates, latency, and efficiency
  • Helping ensure we are meeting SLAs/SLOs as well as other important KPIs like installation time for building elements

Profile

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Full-stack software engineer with practical experience in key areas of modern software development including infrastructure, observability, testing, deployment pipelines, quality assurance, and scaling
  • Experience supporting large-scale user-facing software systems in cloud environments
  • Worked in companies with strong operational cultures, ideally in logistics or manufacturing – understanding the commercial impact of system downtime
  • Experience with technologies including Kotlin/SpringBoot, Typescript/React, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, and Cloud Operations (Azure is a bonus)
  • Familiar with monitoring and alerting practices for production systems and experience working with SLAs/SLOs
  • Willing to travel to construction sites in the DACH region and within Germany for in-person team events
