What you will drive

  • Design, build, and scale software systems for national-scale data infrastructure, integrating AI into production environments.
  • Build and scale CTDL xTRA for AI-assisted extraction and transformation of web-based data into structured formats.
  • Design and implement an AI consumption and intelligence layer for generating insights, recommendations, and skills-to-jobs matching.
  • Integrate large and small language models into data pipelines and system workflows, and develop evaluation frameworks.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Minimum 7 years of combined education and software development experience, with a Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Strong experience building and operating distributed systems in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Demonstrated experience integrating large language model-based solutions into production systems.
  • Proficiency in modern programming frameworks (.Net, Python, JavaScript), databases (Neo4J, CosmosDB, SQL Server, PostgreSQL), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Benefits
