Mission
What you will drive
- Design and implement AI-powered system components, including data ingestion pipelines, retrieval systems, and prompt workflows.
- Build internal tools and interfaces for users to interact with AI-generated outputs.
- Develop and optimize data pipelines and storage systems for large, multi-modal curriculum datasets.
- Define and implement evaluation approaches to assess quality, accuracy, and bias of AI-generated outputs.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 7+ years of professional experience in software development or AI systems development; a related advanced degree may substitute for up to 2 years.
- Experience building production systems using LLM APIs, including RAG, prompt design, and orchestration frameworks.
- Expertise in scalable, secure web systems with significant experience in cloud platforms (Google Cloud or AWS).
- Strong product mindset and exceptional communication skills.
