Social Team Manager

Core responsibilities for the Social Team Manager role:

• Manage and lead the organization's social media presence on key platforms
• Develop and implement strategic content and campaigns to promote animal welfare
• Oversee content creation, including writing and editing posts, and managing knowledge and data
• Lead social media strategy and engage with the community

This role creates positive change by leading social media efforts to promote animal welfare, engage the community, and drive advocacy campaigns that improve the lives of animals.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Deep commitment to the organization's mission (animal welfare activities)
• Experience in work/volunteering in relevant fields (social media, management roles, advocacy efforts)
• Legal/legal background - advantageous
• Background in social/community engagement - advantageous
• Interest and knowledge in politics and activism
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluency and completeness
• Ability to learn and work independently
• Good interpersonal skills, ability to lead and manage
• Good English proficiency
