Social Performance - Senior Consultant

• Provide oversight and quality control for data collection, management, and analysis.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams on social performance consulting projects.
• Liaise with stakeholders including government and community organizations.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to proposal development and business development.

This role helps clients in mining and energy sectors manage social performance, contributing to sustainable development and positive community outcomes.

• Recognized degree in social science or related discipline; professional registration an asset.
• 5 to 10+ years of demonstrable experience, preferably in consulting.
• Experience in social impact assessments, human rights impact assessments, or social investment programs.
• Project management skills and excellent writing/communication skills.
