Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Work on social aspects of projects compliant with national regulations and international standards (World Bank, IFC, EBRD, Equator Principles), including socioeconomic baseline data collection, impact assessment, due diligence, and developing mitigation measures and social management plans.
- Provide support with writing project reports in accordance with ERM's project management system, including undertaking research and analysis, and prepare PowerPoint presentations for project results and proposals.
- Conduct field work activities when required (approximately once per quarter) and deliver assigned tasks within contracted projects or proposals under development.
- Network with the social and human rights community of practitioners within the organization and remain updated on relevant legislation and requirements applicable to projects from a social perspective.

What makes you a great fit
Required skills and qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a consulting company with professional experience in providing social advisory services (social impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, human rights, social value creation strategies, due diligence, etc.).
- Experience in line with national and international requirements of Lender institutions, with preference for experience with permitting efforts in France.
- Ability to conduct field work, including socioeconomic baseline data collection and coordination, and develop stakeholder engagement strategies and grievance mechanisms.
- Strong writing and presentation skills for project reports and proposals, with attention to detail and analytical capabilities.
