What you will drive
- Develop and execute a social media strategy for a 50-state news organization, prioritizing short-form video content.
- Produce and edit short-form editorial videos (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts) to amplify nonpartisan reporting.
- Track analytics, trends, and partnerships to broaden audience reach and engagement.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- At least 6 years of professional experience in social media, digital communications, or content creation.
- Deep knowledge of social media trends and experience creating national social media strategies.
- Proficiency in video and photo editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, etc.).
- Strong storytelling skills and ability to translate news into accessible content; journalism experience preferred.
