Social Media Manager

• Manage and maintain content across assigned social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram).
• Develop and implement a comprehensive content calendar with engaging post ideas.
• Create visually appealing graphics for social media content using Canva and AI design tools.
• Prepare and present monthly analysis reports on social media performance with actionable recommendations.

This role helps build brand awareness and online presence for an early-stage startup, contributing to its growth and success.

• At least 3+ years of experience in social media management.
• Proficiency in social media tools such as Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Notion, or similar platforms.
• Graphic design skills with Canva and AI tools (Gemini, ChatGPT, HeyGen, etc).

• 100% remote and asynchronous work environment—work from anywhere in the world with flexible hours.
• Hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Meaningful impact and portfolio building.
• Continuous feedback from Founder and C-suite leadership.
