Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Own and elevate One Tree Planted's social media presence across platforms, leading with mission-driven storytelling to grow community and inspire action
- Plan and manage social media calendar, create platform-specific content including graphics and short-form videos, and craft tailored captions
- Build and nurture community connections by monitoring comments, messages, and mentions, and facilitate meaningful engagement
- Develop and implement creative strategies for corporate partner and donor relations, and steward relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors

What makes you a great fit
Required skills and qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience in community management, social strategy or creative department roles
- Proven track record managing social media accounts with significant following, ideally for a nonprofit organization
- Proficiency with content creation and design tools including Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing tools like CapCut
- Strong understanding of social culture, trends, and memes, and ability to translate them into engaging content
