What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Edit and prepare content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute creative ideas
- Maintain consistent posting schedules and brand voice
- Track performance metrics and adjust strategies based on insights and analytics to grow engagement
- Experiment with formats, posting schedules and boosting content to maximize reach and engagement
- Manage timely response to comments and direct messages

What makes you a great fit
Required skills, experience, qualifications:
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in social media marketing or a degree in a related field
- Proficiency with social media platforms and publishing tools
- Strong understanding of and interest in social media trends and digital marketing strategies
- Ability to work independently and with little supervision
- Communication skills and ability to work with short deadlines
- Self-motivated, collaborative mindset, and strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple projects under guidance
- Receptive to feedback and able to adjust work accordingly
- Knowledge of shared parenting/family law reform or willingness to learn is optional but highly preferred
- Experience building an online community is a plus
Benefits
What's in it for you
Compensation: $1,200-$1,500 per month based on experience and qualifications for 15-20 posts across 2-4 platforms with basic analytics and engagement. Competitive bonuses based on achievement of metrics to be decided jointly by contractor and leadership team.
Role is remote and on an independent contractor basis with a three year contract term with renewal options.
