Social Media Associate

• Create and schedule social media posts across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Threads, and BlueSky
• Monitor comments, messages, and mentions, responding or flagging as appropriate to foster a positive online community
• Support content calendars and campaign rollouts in coordination with the Digital Communications team
• Track basic social media metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth) and help identify content trends

This role amplifies One Earth's mission across social platforms to help shift the narrative from overwhelm to possibility and build a just, thriving future for all by creating engaging climate and nature-focused content.

• 2–4 years of experience managing or supporting social media for a nonprofit, brand, or mission-driven organization
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to tone and clarity
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and scheduling tools such as Sprout Social
• Basic understanding of analytics and performance metrics
