Social Impact Manager | Social Impact Measurement Platform (Remote)

The Social Impact Manager will:

• Own a portfolio of corporate donor clients, supporting them through platform implementation, measurement strategy, and reporting analysis
• Translate client needs into aligned, scalable solutions leveraging our proprietary measurement platform and advisory practice
• Ensure contracted work is delivered with quality, clarity, and discipline while navigating complex stakeholder environments
• Collaborate with internal team members, client measurement leads, and nonprofit partners to balance rigor, feasibility, and long-term sustainability

This role helps companies quantify the social impact of their philanthropic giving to demonstrate success and identify opportunities for improvement, ultimately helping both donors and grantees prove the value of their activities and direct future investment decisions to maximize social impact.

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of program evaluation, consulting, or client-facing experience in the social sector
• Demonstrated success in translating organizational needs and leading advisory support or capacity building efforts
• Strong organizational and self-management skills with ability to prioritize across multiple projects and stakeholder relationships
• Experience using data analysis and visualization tools (Tableau, AWS QuickSight, or equivalent) to translate program data into accessible insights
• Comfort and experience in a 100% remote team environment using Zoom, Slack, Google Docs, and Confluence
• Ability to work with EST time zone (common hours 12-4pm EST)
