Small Utility Project Manager I (Job #363) ($76,103 - $83,976)

• Assess needs of small, disadvantaged community water and wastewater systems and recommend solutions.
• Build technical, managerial, and financial capacity of small utilities.
• Guide client communities through construction projects from planning to completion.
• Develop and deliver trainings to build capacity of local partners.

This role ensures small, disadvantaged communities have sustainable access to safe drinking water and wastewater services, improving public health and environmental quality in rural and tribal areas.

• One to three years of water, wastewater, environmental project management experience or related field.
• Commitment to rural communities, drinking water access, or health equity issues.
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance meeting RCAC requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in related field preferred.

Salary range: $76,103 - $83,976 annually. Remote position with travel to remote rural and Indigenous communities. Evening/weekend work may be required. RCAC is an equal opportunity employer.
