What you will drive
- Assess needs of small, disadvantaged community water and wastewater systems and recommend solutions.
- Build technical, managerial, and financial capacity of small utilities.
- Guide client communities through construction projects from planning to completion.
- Develop and deliver trainings to build capacity of local partners.

What makes you a great fit
- One to three years of water, wastewater, environmental project management experience or related field.
- Commitment to rural communities, drinking water access, or health equity issues.
- Valid driver's license and proof of insurance meeting RCAC requirements.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
