Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Provide technical, managerial, and financial (TMF) assistance to small, disadvantaged community water and wastewater systems for sustainable operation and quality service delivery
- Work closely with rural and Indigenous residents and local leaders to develop and manage water, wastewater, or solid waste systems
- Prepare and deliver classroom and individual trainings to build capacity of local partners
- Assess client needs, recommend solutions, help access financial resources, and implement solutions for drinking water, wastewater, and solid waste needs

Required qualifications:
- 1-3 years of water, wastewater, or environmental project management experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in related field preferred)
- Valid driver's license and proof of insurance meeting RCAC requirements
- Commitment to rural communities, drinking water access, or health equity issues
- Must pass criminal background investigation
