Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Facilitate at least one 3-hour live virtual training per month using UVP's curriculum and facilitation framework
  • Offer consistent support via Slack, answering questions, encouraging volunteers, and helping them navigate texting conversations and transitions
  • Provide ongoing 1:1 support to help volunteers address challenges and grow in leadership
  • Build and nurture an inclusive, supportive volunteer community

What makes you a great fit

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience delivering virtual trainings, especially in political, advocacy, or movement-building contexts
  • Dynamic facilitation skills and ability to inspire and energize participants
  • Strong foundation in political education, values-based organizing, and grassroots theory
  • Comfort holding space for transformative conversations, particularly across divides
  • Competence in using digital tools: Zoom (including breakout rooms), slide sharing, Slack, and texting platforms
