Site Strategy Manager, Data Center Sites - Remote (U.S.)

• Develop and lead cross-functional teams including engineers, planners, and consultants to execute data center site development projects.
• Build trust with clients, local communities, and regulatory entities while supporting identification and evaluation of land opportunities.
• Manage due diligence, zoning, permitting, entitlement, and offsite infrastructure processes, ensuring adherence to budgets and schedules.
• Proactively identify risk mitigation strategies and deploy machine-learning based program management platforms.

This role enables the development of next-generation digital infrastructure, supporting the growth of data centers that underpin modern technology and connectivity, while fostering sustainable and community-integrated development.

• Experience in program management for large-scale infrastructure or data center projects.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional team management skills.
• Ability to build relationships with clients, communities, and regulatory bodies.
• Knowledge of site development planning, due diligence, and permitting processes.
