Site Manager, North Carolina Solar

As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and maintenance of our solar energy projects in North Carolina. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership and project management skills. Manage a team of construction workers and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate with engineers and designers to ensure that projects meet safety and quality standards. Develop and implement project schedules and budgets. Monitor and report on project progress and identify areas for improvement.

This role contributes to transforming the energy system to power a lower-carbon future by managing solar facilities that deliver reliable, affordable, and lower-carbon power solutions across North America.

5+ years of experience in construction management or a related field. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
