Mission
What you will drive
- Lead all on-site activities of a project to assure cost-effective execution of project deliverables in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, schedule, and safety requirements during start-up, construction, erection, commissioning, and maintenance phases.
- Plan project on-site activities with the Project Manager, coordinate agreement between customer and external resources on construction targets, health and safety requirements, site organization, and policy.
- Serve as project representative on site, build and maintain effective relationships with customers and local stakeholders, and manage sub-contractors to ensure quality and progress meet delivery dates and standards.
- Ensure correct handling, storage, and installation of equipment, maintain documentation, control project costs, and report regularly to the Project Manager on site activities, HSE, quality, progress, and cost.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's in electrical/mechanical engineering or equivalent skills.
- 5+ years' experience as Site Manager in construction and/or installation business.
- Good understanding of transmission regulations and current HSE legislation, with proven leadership skills and a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach.
- Proactive and flexible personality with excellent written and spoken communication skills in Swedish and good communication skills in English.
