Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Oversee and support the operational fleet in their respective site location and provide multi-site support as needed
- Coordinate and implement vehicle upfits to support fleet upgrades and initiatives, debug electrical and mechanical issues, execute sensor calibrations, and perform preventative maintenance
- Lead training and mentorship for new Site Autonomy Engineers, develop training materials, and participate in interviewing SAE candidates
- Travel to various site locations to provide hands-on technical support and leadership, escalating critical issues to senior management

Required qualifications:
- 3 years of working experience with proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects across locations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to train and lead teams, plus experience conducting technical interviews
- Experience working in fast-paced, multi-site operational environments with ability to travel up to 30% of the time
- Technical expertise in vehicle systems, sensor calibration, hardware implementation, and data acquisition
