Site Autonomy Manager

Core responsibilities:

• Oversee and support the operational fleet in their respective site location and provide multi-site support as needed
• Coordinate and implement vehicle upfits to support fleet upgrades and initiatives, debug electrical and mechanical issues, execute sensor calibrations, and perform preventative maintenance
• Lead training and mentorship for new Site Autonomy Engineers, develop training materials, and participate in interviewing SAE candidates
• Travel to various site locations to provide hands-on technical support and leadership, escalating critical issues to senior management

This role supports autonomous vehicle deployment that creates safer, greener, more accessible transportation, bridging public transit gaps and fostering more vibrant, livable urban spaces through reduced congestion and better land use.

Required qualifications:

• 3 years of working experience with proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects across locations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to train and lead teams, plus experience conducting technical interviews
• Experience working in fast-paced, multi-site operational environments with ability to travel up to 30% of the time
• Technical expertise in vehicle systems, sensor calibration, hardware implementation, and data acquisition
