Short Term Analyst, Acumen Academy

• Support backend operations for Spanish-language WhatsApp-based courses, ensuring seamless delivery and continuous improvement.
• Analyze data to assess and enhance the impact of learning content, including tracking enrollment, engagement, and completion metrics.
• Manage learner communications and customer service, ensuring empathetic and responsive support.
• Nurture a growing community of over 10,000 learners through engagement activities and content.

This role strengthens Acumen Academy’s Spanish-language online learning ecosystem, delivering high-quality, accessible learning experiences for social innovators across Latin America, thereby contributing to building a more just, inclusive, and sustainable world.

• 0–2 years of professional experience; bonus if in customer service, operations, data analysis, or communications.
• Advanced mastery of Google Sheets and/or MS Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data conditioning).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to clean, organize, and interpret data.
• Fluent in Spanish with excellent written and verbal communication; English at medium level.

Compensation: $3,000,000 COP per month. Contract type: Contrato a término definido. Duration: 8 months (maternity leave coverage).
