About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Services Quality Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality in our services, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of excellence within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality management systems and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize quality improvement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track progress and identify trends.
- Provide training and coaching to employees on quality management principles and practices.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., quality management, engineering, business administration).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in a services industry.
- Proven track record of improving quality metrics and reducing costs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Experience with quality management software and tools.
