Mission

What you will drive

  • Provide exceptional technical service on Smardt chillers, including equipment startups, commissioning, troubleshooting, warranty work, and routine maintenance.
  • Diagnose and resolve operational issues accurately and professionally, and communicate clearly with customers regarding equipment operation and service performed.
  • Travel to customer sites, maintain on-call availability for emergency service, and complete service documentation and administrative requirements.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Minimum of four (4) years of HVAC field service experience; chiller service experience strongly preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical school diploma or HVAC certification preferred; EPA certification required where applicable.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, chillers, refrigeration cycles, and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Valid driverโ€™s license with acceptable driving record; ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
