Mission
What you will drive
- Help take the product from a working MVP to a robust, extensible, enterprise-grade platform used by engineering and operations teams on real industrial projects
- Collaborate closely with founders and early customers to shape technical architecture, engineering culture, product direction, and standards
- Build foundational systems, own large pieces of the product, and solve hard problems blending AI, industrial modeling, and complex data flows
- Work across the stack—from backend services and data pipelines to simulation infrastructure and frontend architecture

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Strong proficiency in Python and TypeScript/React with ability to build features spanning the entire stack
- Thoughtful approach to system architecture and software design with track record of pragmatic decisions in ambiguous environments
- Experience shipping production software at an early-stage startup, ideally owning projects end-to-end from design through deployment
- Clear written and verbal communicator able to distill complex ideas and document work
- High level of ownership and bias toward action with authorization to work in the United States
