What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for stakeholders across the business in evaluating, strategizing, and building solutions in Workday to meet identified business unit needs.
  • Own ongoing system administration with a focus on optimizing existing business processes and reporting, including creating and maintaining dashboards and advanced reports.
  • Develop and maintain integrations to support business continuity and optimization using tools like Calculated Fields, Cloud Connect, Integration Templates, EIB, and RaaS.
  • Administer domain and business process security policies, user assignments, and access management while overseeing compliance and audit controls.

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • 7+ years of HRIS administration experience (or comparable information system) with at least 3+ years of Workday-specific experience.
  • Workday HCM Pro certification or sufficient experience to test for certification in the first 90 days of employment.
  • Experience building and maintaining HRIS integrations and file feeds.
  • Strong communication skills, inclusive of the ability to translate technical information for a cross-functional audience.
